Apex Motion builds AI and computer vision that change how people play, follow and understand sports.
Our first product is Apex Motion: Basketball Shooting. It uses computer vision and AI to help players train their shot: an assessment that maps every joint, frame by frame, and measures your shot against a pro who shoots the same way; a personalized training program built from what it finds; and real-time coaching while you are shooting.

Why we built Apex Motion
I play basketball more times a week than my wife would like. Every session, the same question came back: why did that shot go in, and why didn't the next one? The feedback most players get is a coach's eye or a phone video they scrub through on their own.
AI and computer vision can do better. A phone can now see every joint, on every frame, and measure the shot the way a pro would. Apex Motion uses that to make training faster and more precise for players and the coaches who work with them. You know what to fix, you know which drills fix it, and you can tell when it's working.
That's the start. The bigger goal is to make basketball better to play and better to watch: to understand the game more deeply, whether you're on the court or following it.

Fun fact: I train my shooting with Apex Motion. My dribbling coaches are my two German Shepherds, who go for the steal every time.
